From 3/17/14 - 3/21/14, file Chapter 7 only for $500 for individual filers or $800 for business filers.  Clients must

• Qualify for Chapter 7

• Pay amount in full before filing

• Immediately pay $100 consultation fee at time of visit (cash or money order payments only) which will be applied to total amount due if client proceeds with bankruptcy filing 

• Pay $306 court filing fee (due before filing)

• Have completed required credit counseling course with an approved agency (See list here)

• Be a resident of New York or Bronx counties.
